HoH Chi Jumpman PE’s
Today at the House of Hoops Chicago two Jumpman Pro PE’s are releasing: Ray Allen, (Black/Clover/White) and Joe Johnson (White/Red/Navy). Very limited and very nice. The Ray Allen has “Sugar Ray” stitched on the lateral side, and Joe’s version has his initials and number “JJ2.” More release info to come for Friday and Saturday, lots of great stuff for this opening week.
House of Hoops CHI 11/15 Releases
Great releases for the first weekend of the newly opened House of Hoops Chicago. The Kobe Hyperdunk pack will be there including the Ronaldinho, Lower Merion, Making History, and Italy. Also available is the Jordan Countdown 8/15, Air Pippen (blk/purple/wht), and the Air Max Bizness Zach Randolph and Richard Jefferson editions.
A Spiz’ike Holiday at House of Hoops
Spike Lee is bringing the holiday cheer with the 12/24 release of his classic Spiz’ike in two blazin colorways: The Nelly and the Stealth. Both of the colors hit all three House of Hoops locations (Harlem, Chicago, and LA) so if you need to knock a few names of your gift list we have you covered. Store shots below.

Melo M5 – 2 New Colorways
Available 12/27 at all 3 HOH locations (LA, CHI, or Harlem), you’ll have the choice of 2 new Melo M5 colorways. If you watched Carmelo help his fellow teammates achieve the gold medal in Beijing, you may recall him wearing his Olympic signature kicks. The wht/red/mdnvy colorway has the USA basketball logo and 8/8/08 opening ceremonies date on the tongue. And we may have seen the M5 in other styles/colors, but how sick is the black Nuggets colorway? The combination of the black patent toebox, the uniblu outer sole and maize/uniblue pattern on the upper makes it one of the best so far. Did you happen to notice the subtle “A” linked into the pattern on the upper? On the Olympic colorway you’ll find his initials bolded in navy and on the blk/uniblu colorway you’ll find them printed in a maize color. More store pictures below for a better look.

Nike Blazer High Premium – Game Select – Atari CX2600

If you grew up during late 70’s or if you are game fanatic the above Blazer High Premium may look familiar as it is inspired by the pioneer of video game systems, Atari and their CX2600 model. The upper features a black leather along with an illustrated wood grain pattern on the back tab and toe-box. The midsole uses a more realistic brown wood grain that is directly inspired by the wood panel from the CX2600. Another nice detail is the red stitching on the upper that matches the little bit of red found on the controller of the game system. And finishing off the blazer is a silver swoosh which is also from the details and control knobs of the CX2600. You can find these now at most Foot Lockers in the US. – Sneaker News

After the official announcement yesterday, Freshness just posted new detailed shots of the Big Apple Zoom LeBron VI. For those of you who need to see these on someone’s feet, LeBron will be rocking them tonight in first trip of the 2008-09 NBA season to take on the Knicks. In the past two seasons when LeBron came to New York, he wore editions of his signature sneakers which paid homage to New York City’s culture, including the Graffiti NYC Zoom LeBron IV, the Yankees Zoom LeBron V, and now the Big Apple version of the Six. This colorway will be available Friday, November 28th at the House of Hoops by Foot Locker in Harlem.
